An AWS Partner that
earns the badge in delivery
Being an AWS Partner gives us the training, funding pathways and architectural support to de-risk your program. What it does not do is replace the engineering — so here is exactly what the partnership means for you in practice.

Partner Program
Competency
Four concrete advantages
Partner status is only worth something if it lands in your business case. These are the four ways it usually does.
Funding pathways
Qualifying assessments, migrations and modernisation programs can attract AWS partner funding and migration credits. We prepare the nomination with your AWS account team and tell you early if your program will not qualify — before it shapes your budget.
Co-delivery with AWS
On larger programs an AWS Solutions Architect reviews the target architecture alongside ours. Two independent sets of eyes on the design, at no additional cost to you.
Validated practices
Competency and program validation means our delivery method has been audited against AWS standards — including customer references, not just a written submission.
Early access & roadmap
Partner previews and roadmap briefings mean we can tell you when to wait three months for a managed service instead of building the thing yourself.

How a partner-funded engagement runs
Three parties, one plan. Here is who does what, so nobody discovers a gap in month four.
Joint qualification
We meet with you and your AWS account team to confirm the scope, the eligible program and the funding envelope before any work is scheduled.
Assessment
SKYLINK runs the discovery and produces the findings and business case. AWS reviews the proposed target architecture.
Delivery
SKYLINK builds and migrates. Milestone evidence is submitted for funding claims so credits actually land, rather than lapsing unclaimed.
Optimise
Post-go-live cost and architecture review, jointly with AWS, feeding into your commitment strategy for the following year.
Partnership, in detail
Credentials
Competencies & Certifications
What each validation actually required, the certifications held across the team, and the question worth asking any partner about their badges.
Funding
Migration Acceleration
How funded assessment and migration pathways work, what typically qualifies, and the most common way organisations leave credits unclaimed.
Assessment
Well-Architected Reviews
Two weeks, six pillars, and a remediation backlog rather than a report. What we need from you and how findings are prioritised.
AI services
Bedrock & AI Services
Why the account boundary is the strongest argument for building AI on AWS, the reference pattern we start from, and how to control cost per interaction.
Find out what your program qualifies for
Send us the shape of the work — estate size, timeline, target state. We will come back with which AWS programs may apply and what the assessment would cost after funding.
